You may be entitled to receive money from the Engle Trust Fund if you (or your decedent) have suffered, presently suffer, or have died from certain smoking related illnesses or medical conditions caused by addiction to cigarettes. The illness or medical conditions listed below must have been diagnosed or become apparent on or before November 21, 1996.
