A graduate of the Emory University School of Law and the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, J.B. is known internationally as a seasoned trial attorney with over 23-years experience in handling complex personal injury, wrongful death and mass tort cases arising from faulty products, including cigarettes, plane crashes, automobiles defects, environmental hazards and other corporate negligence.

His victories include successfully defending clients in one of the largest civil racketeering cases ever brought in the U.S.; obtaining one of the largest punitive damages awards in a Florida arbitration involving consumer fraud; helping to obtain multi-million dollar settlements in plane crashes involving Chalks Ocean Airways and Pinnacle Airlines; and assisting clients as far away as Martinique, Brazil and the Bahamas.
